This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this website. It is short because we collect very little.

Last updated: October 2026

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name and email, plus anything you choose to add (company, phone, the services you are interested in, a budget range and your message). The short email form asks only for your email, which we keep so that we can get in touch with you.

With every submission we also record the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and campaign tags (utm parameters) if the link you followed had them.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to understand which of our own campaigns bring inquiries. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Your submission is delivered to Adnova's team by email or into our own client system. The website server does not keep a copy of what you send.

To stop abuse, the server that receives the form keeps a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) for a short time to limit repeated submissions. The hash is not stored with your submission.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage that work. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps a few small settings in your browser, such as whether you have already seen the opening animation and the campaign tags of your visit. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, email us and we will take care of it.
